During this year the course will involve me to produce three pieces, which will work together in different areas of media to form a product that could easily be then producted and distributed to the public to gain money from.
First I will need to create a music video, preferably from a music artist who has either not produced a video for the chosen song, or an artist who is not hugely well known, so that if there is a competition with my own video and the one the artist already has, there isn't something I have to match up to.
Once the music video is complete, I will create a DVD Digipak, and then a magazine advert for either the artist, band or the track from which the video was created off. By developing these two pieces of media, it allows me to easily be prepared to distribute the video and promote the artist, to even gain money if I went that far, if the artist was unreleased, or gave permission for me to create the video and said that if it was to be released that money could be given to do so.
